Philip has worked with many large health and care sector providers and their supply chains over the past decade. This includes both private and public sector operators delivering sustained value to their projects, programmes and facilities management.

With over 25 years experience of working both within a major international project management provider and also embedded within Client organisations, he has developed the tools and techniques to deliver lasting performance for owners of multi-site estates across sectors.

Chartered by both RICS and CIPS, he has a strong list of previous and current Client endorsements, with a number of enduring Client relationships on the back of the consistent results achieved. He brings an open and inquisitive approach to delivering the best long term outcomes for all of this Clients.

Clive Mowbray

Clive has 25 years’ post-graduate experience working in contracting and consulting organisations. Endorsed by membership of both the CIOB and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he has the skills and resources to make things happen for Clients. 

His passion is in guiding Clients through the development cycle, ensuring they achieve their functional and aesthetic design intent through robust contract and project management skills. He also leads on project monitoring services on behalf of lenders developing enduring and effective relationships. 

The quality and longevity of his professional relationships is reflected by his integrity and thoroughness. He draws fresh energy and creativity from the uniqueness of every new project and the ability to coordinate the practicalities between the designers and delivery teams to ensure buildability.

Simon Pullin

Simon is an experienced Health & Safety Consultant with the ability to also provide Principal Designer & CDM Advisor services. He has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry with the last 22 years providing health and safety support. 

He has a successful track record in providing technical health and safety support to clients in the preparation and training of clear and robust policies, procedures, standards and documentation, borne out of his collaborative and practical approach that has been welcomed repeatedly.

During his extensive career he has provided his expertise to both construction and maintenance clients across a wide range of sectors including most recently pharmaceutical and healthcare operators at every level, from on-site to board level.
